This is a permanent, hybrid position in the Montreal area.

Responsibilities
  • Updating the strategic plan and financial modeling of long-term projections in collaboration with internal teams and clients;
  • Leading the execution of mergers and acquisitions mandates and coordinating the various stages of transactions;
  • Actively participating in the due diligence of opportunities, including financial, operational, commercial, and sector-specific aspects, in coordination with internal teams;
  • Collaborating in discussions and negotiations with buyers and sellers, including the review of legal agreements (letters of intent, share/asset purchase agreements, etc.);
  • Preparing the required presentations for various stakeholders, including the board of directors, for corporate finance and M&A projects;
  • Supervise and coach teams (analysts and managers) in the context of their deliverables in their development plan
