DIRECTOR, MAJOR GIFTS AND INITIATIVES

We’re Recourse Communications, Inc., and we’re partnering with Paul Smith’s College in the heart of the Adirondacks to find a driven Director of Major Gifts and Initiatives to play a pivotal role in shaping its future.

As Director, you’ll build lasting relationships with key donors, secure transformational gifts, and lead fundraising initiatives that support the college’s programs, centers of excellence, and vibrant campus community. You’ll also manage a targeted donor portfolio, cultivate new philanthropic opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to align fundraising strategies with the college’s mission. You’ll organize events, engage with alumni and community leaders, and represent the institution at high-profile functions—all while enjoying the unparalleled natural beauty of the Adirondack region.
