We are looking for experienced Supply Chain Transformation professionals to lead high-impact strategy, digital transformation and analytics engagements across Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Metals & Mining and Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation projects from diagnostic and strategy through implementation.
Optimize Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Inventory and Fulfilment.
Design data-driven solutions using Advanced Analytics, AI and digital technologies, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases based on measurable ROI and operational KPIs.
Leverage supply chain platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, ERP and Analytics/BI solutions.
Lead cross-functional client teams, workshops and agile transformation initiatives.
Director level: Build C-level relationships, drive business development, shape proposals/deals and lead large multidisciplinary engagements.
Mentor and develop consulting teams and contribute to supply chain thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For:Director: 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with strong consulting/client-facing leadership.
Manager: 5+ years in Supply Chain Strategy, Consulting or Transformation.
Deep expertise in at least 2 areas: Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics Optimization, Sourcing or Inventory Management.
Strong exposure to Supply Chain Analytics, AI and digital transformation.
