SKILLS & COMPETENCIES PROFILE:

• A completed degree (M.Sc/B.Sc.) or equivalent in a scientific or technical subject
• 5 years or more management experience in a manufacturing operation or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), working knowledge of ERP systems
• Business fluent in German and English
• Additional business knowledge is an advantage
