Position Overview Immunome is seeking a Director, U.S. Market Development to lead commercial market development activities in preparation for the potential launch of varegacestat in desmoid tumors. This role will be responsible for shaping the U.S. commercial and clinical landscape ahead of launch by building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), generating actionable market insights, and translating those insights into launch strategy. The Director will ensure the U.S. market is informed, aligned, and ready for varegacestat at approval. As a core member of the U.S. Commercial organization, this individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and HEOR to ensure launch plans are grounded in real-world insights and reflect the evolving treatment paradigm in desmoid tumors. The mission of this role is to help position varegacestat for strong adoption by establishing Immunome as a trusted commercial and scientific partner within the U.S. desmoid tumor community. Responsibilities U.S. Market Development & Launch Readiness Develop and execute the U.S. market development strategy for varegacestat, aligned with commercial launch objectives. Define and implement pre-launch initiatives that prepare the market for approval and early adoption. Identify and address barriers to uptake, including referral patterns, treatment sequencing dynamics, and care setting variability. Provide strategic input into: U.S. positioning and messaging Target product profile refinement Disease awareness initiatives Field force strategy and engagement model Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure launch readiness milestones are met. U.S. KOL Strategy & Commercial Engagement Map, segment, and prioritize U.S. KOLs and high-impact treatment centers across academic and community settings. Build credible, compliant relationships with leading desmoid tumor experts, sarcoma specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders. Lead commercial KOL engagement through: 1:1 strategic discussions U.S. advisory boards Regional roundtables National congress engagement (ASCO, CTOS, SSO, etc.) Ensure insights from engagements are systematically captured and translated into actionable commercial recommendations. Insight Generation & Competitive Intelligence Continuously assess the evolving U.S. treatment landscape, including standards of care, off-label usage patterns, and competitive dynamics. Generate structured insight reports that inform: Brand strategy Forecasting assumptions Access strategy Lifecycle planning Monitor competitive activity and emerging data that may impact launch strategy. Congress Strategy & External Presence Support U.S. congress planning and execution from a commercial perspective, including: KOL engagement planning Competitive intelligence capture Post-congress insight synthesis Contribute to development of U.S. advisory boards and strategic planning meetings in support of launch. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: Marketing on brand strategy and disease education Sales leadership on field readiness and targeting Market Access on value narrative and payer insights Medical Affairs to ensure alignment and compliance of scientific exchange Serve as the commercial bridge between external market insights and internal launch decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in oncology biopharma, with significant exposure to U.S. commercial strategy, market development, or launch planning. Extensive experience in building a team for an oncology launch. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading highly successful sales teams Prior experience supporting or leading U.S. oncology product launches is required. Knowledge and Skills Experience in rare oncology, sarcoma, or specialty markets highly desirable. Strong understanding of U.S. treatment dynamics, referral networks, and access landscape. Proven ability to translate field insights into strategic commercial actions. Willingness to travel within the U.S. (~40–50%).
