Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to identify opportunities to optimize impact and improve efficiency across creative execution.
  • Stay at the forefront of the creative execution landscape, identifying new innovations and sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
  • Identify and implement content product tool enhancements in partnership with functional partners to meet evolving marketing needs.
  • Define business needs, prioritize features, and partner with Product Owners to shape roadmaps and support the development of impactful tools and capabilities.
  • Review and validate products to ensure they align with strategic objectives and are ready for activation. Subsequently, develop robust launch plans, playbooks, and support plans to guide a successful launch.
  • Drive adoption of content products via training, coaching, and the engagement of activation champions, as well as broader upskilling initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of content strategies into end-to-end workflows across marketing functions, external agency partners, and channels
  • Lead process and product improvements to drive adoption and scale, partnering with executive leaders (ELs) on change management and training strategies.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure content efficiencies and effectiveness, using insights to iterate and optimize.
  • Continuously explore and assess emerging creative use cases to drive business impact, collaborating with 1Marketing and technical teams to evaluate feasibility and integrate new capabilities.
  • Evolve the organization’s digital content standards, including clear direction to support the ongoing cross-organizational shift to personalization and the deployment of GenAI for content development.
  • Implement and manage a Creative Production Vendor to deliver core creative and operational support to 1Marketing, ensuring quality, speed, and exceptional experience while managing to budget.
  • Play a core role in AOR governance, working alongside Procurement and Marketing Operations to establish and maintain effective processes for managing Agency of Record (AOR) partnerships, driving alignment with evolving 1Marketing content strategy.
  • Partner with governance bodies such as the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Digital Governance Board to establish and evolve compliant, effective organizational standards and processes.
  • Lead initiatives that impact the broader 1Marketing organization and contribute meaningfully to Commercial, Medical, and Government (CMG) outcomes across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Mobilize and lead fit-for-purpose, flexibly deployed work teams across the CMG network, leveraging domain expertise and content priorities.
  • Operate autonomously, with a bias toward action, aligned with enterprise marketing objectives and content excellence goals.
