Job Description

• To handle in the conceptualization of the overall branding of strata project
• Appointment of agency for branding and marketing concept
• Work with agencies/vendors for the design of artwork and production of marketing materials such as brochures, powerpoint, hoarding and billboard
• To set up, develop marketing assets and concepts for the sales gallery
• Handle pre-sales launch and sales events
• Advertising and promotion of the project
• Part of the team to develop and execute marketing campaign to create brand awareness and to generate leads
• Measure and analyse marketing efforts and her effectiveness
• To jointly develop marketing plan, create budget and management of a&p budget
• Be meticulous in the details
• To assist on other marketing matters when needed
• Has at least 7 - 10 years of experience marketing of industrial properties particularly for strata projects
