POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and growing organization in its search for a Director of Marketing. This high-impact leadership role offers the unique opportunity to guide both market intelligence and commercial execution. The successful candidate will lead efforts to define new markets, evaluate industry segments, and identify high-potential sales opportunities.
Followed by building and executing a focused strategy through a high-performing sales team.
This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts who thrives on uncovering growth opportunities through rigorous research and translating insights into actionable sales direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior B2B marketing or commercial strategy role, ideally with dual oversight of sales execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in market evaluation, vertical analysis, and go-to-market planning.
  • Track record of growing revenue and market share through data-driven strategy.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performance teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
Responsibilities

• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries and customer segments.

  • Own opportunity mapping and strategic market evaluation, defining where the organization should compete and grow.
  • Translate insights into a practical, prioritized go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and communicate a cohesive marketing and sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Build and lead a results-driven sales team that delivers on pipeline growth, conversion, and client success.
  • Oversee distributor relationships and dealer partnerships, ensuring education, brand consistency, and revenue alignment.
  • Lead brand development and marketing communications across platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy.
