Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Director, Marketing – Marcelle for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the VP Marketing, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director Marketing to lead the Marcelle brand on the development, go-to-market strategy, and trade marketing efforts. This role is critical to driving the growth and positioning of the Marcelle brand in an increasingly competitive marketplace. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies. This is a leadership role, with direct influence on the brand’s overall performance, consumer perception, and market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for the brand portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and supply chain) to ensure alignment on brand goals and product strategies.
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support retail, driving product availability, visibility, and sales.
  • Lead the brand P&L, managing budgets, resources, and forecasting to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Foster a high-performing marketing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
