We’re looking for a strategic and passionate marketing leader to join Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF) as our next Director, Marketing.
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing for the Careers & Industry Division of Navitas and working closely with the divisional Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead NSF’s marketing team and own the strategy and execution of brand, acquisition, digital and campaign activities that support growth, visibility, and enrolment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and empowering a high-performing marketing team
  • Developing and executing integrated brand, campaign and acquisition strategies
  • Driving market awareness and lead generation in a competitive and contract-based environment
  • Managing multichannel campaigns and agency partnerships to maximise ROI
  • Collaborating across business units and government-funded program portfolios
  • Providing strategic insight and data-driven reporting to inform decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in leading marketing strategy and execution across brand and performance
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a hands-on approach
  • Commercially savvy, comfortable in matrix organisations, and able to navigate government or contract environments
  • Experience in education, training, employment services, or similar sectors is highly regarded
