  • Analyse competitive landscapes and market dynamics to identify strategic priorities and promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of customer-focused and differentiated messaging for key audiences.
  • Partner with the commercial operations director to analyse market research and intelligence data, addressing opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the HUB marketing budget and support forecast planning with the Country Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards.

  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Value collaboration and can build strong partnerships with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable with frequent travel (30-40%) and can adapt to occasional weekend commitments for conferences and meetings.
