We're looking for a visionary and experienced program and project management leader to oversee our Go-to-Market Marketing PMO team in Seattle. This highly visible role is central to evolving our go-to-market planning and delivery capabilities, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies, flexible planning, and adaptive thinking to support customer-centered Marketing strategies. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the rhythm of the go-to-market ecosystem, leading organizational communication efforts, driving effective collaboration to produce cohesive strategic Marketing plans, and prioritizing support for those efforts. As a director, Marketing Program & Program Management Organization, you will Lead the transformation of our go-to-market ecosystem by embedding agile principles into planning and delivery processes, enabling iterative development, faster decision-making, and continuous improvement. Mature Marketing program & project management capabilities focused on the delivery of end-to-end seasonal promotions from ideation through product development, and culminating with omni-channel marketing campaigns. Establish and manage the rhythm of business operations, including communication cadences, planning cycles, and performance tracking. Lead a team of 10+ talented program and project managers responsible for executing strategic Marketing programs and projects, to include developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring milestones and financial parameters are met, identifying and elevating risk, and effectively delivering Starbucks seasonal promotions to achieve business objectives. Champion a culture of flexibility and responsiveness, empowering teams to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs, market dynamics, and customer insights. Drive cross-functional collaboration to produce cohesive, strategic Marketing plans and delivery processes that are both visionary and adaptable. Oversee agency relationships and selection processes to maximize quality, cost efficiency, and speed to market. Influence teams to adopt a growth mindset and agile ways of working through training, coaching, and implementation of modern tools and processes. Lead the implementation and optimization of Adobe Workfront across the Marketing organization to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration. We'd love to hear from people with: Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial impact (7-10 years). Deep expertise in project and program management, including agile and traditional methodologies (7-10 years). Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization (7-10 years). A flexible, adaptive mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change (7-10 years). Strong influencing skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals (7-10 years). Experience in large, matrixed Marketing, Brand and/or creative agency environments (10+ years). Demonstrated success managing and mentoring high-performing project management teams (6+ years). Direct experience utilizing Adobe Workfront as an enterprise workflow planning and management tool (3+ years).
