Description Position Summary The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of Red's All Natural's marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this role translates strategic priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, retail execution, and commercial performance. The Director oversees brand management, product commercialization, trade marketing, digital marketing, consumer insights, agency partnerships, and marketing operations while leading and developing the marketing team. This role partners closely with Sales, Innovation, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives. Essential Functions Lead Brand Management. Execute the company's brand strategy and annual marketing plan in partnership with the SVP of Marketing. Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints while monitoring brand health and competitive activity. Execute Integrated Marketing Strategies. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, shopper, retail, and public relations channels. Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance against established KPIs. Drive Product Commercialization. Lead go-to-market planning and commercialization activities for new product launches. Partner with Innovation, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful product introductions. Lead Key Consumer Research Initiatives: Work with external vendors to scope and execute consumer research as necessary to support brand foundations, portfolio optimization and key innovation launches. Manage Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics. Utilize consumer research, syndicated market data, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, measure results, and inform business decisions. Manage Marketing Operations & Agency Relationships. Oversee the marketing calendar, project management, creative development, agency relationships, and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution. Provide Cross-Functional Leadership. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Innovation, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and commercial priorities. Lead and Develop the Marketing Team. Recruit, coach, develop, and manage marketing team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Support Strategic Business Growth. Assist the SVP of Marketing in annual planning, budgeting, business reviews, strategic initiatives, and presentations while serving as the department leader in the SVP's absence. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred. 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience with 3–5 years of leadership experience. Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience required; food and beverage industry preferred. Experience supporting national retail customers, new product launches, shopper marketing, and agency management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong CPG marketing knowledge and business acumen. Strategic planning, execution, and project management skills. Experience with Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, and digital analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
