Starboard Recruitment , on behalf of a top client, is searching for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead a talented and growing team of marketing professionals as they create an entirely new category.

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 4+ years in senior or leadership roles
• Demonstrated success driving revenue through marketing initiatives within enterprise software or SaaS environments
• Proven ability to grow and develop high-performing marketing teams
• Strong experience fostering alignment between marketing and sales functions

CORE SKILLS

• Deep expertise in enterprise B2B marketing and the full sales lifecycle
• Strong command of revenue operations and GTM execution frameworks
• Excellent communicator and presenter, skilled at articulating strategy and value
• Proven ability to turn strategic direction into practical, executable plans
• Comfortable with change leadership and team-building in dynamic environments

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Additional leadership and management training is valued
