Job Title: Director Martech Engineering, Adobe
Compensation: $170,000 to $200,000

Adswerve is looking for a Director Martech Engineering, Adobe to join the Adobe Services Team. This person will be responsible for leading the end-to-end engineering strategy and implementation of Adobe’s Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions. This position will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of engineers and solution architects, contributing directly to the success of the Adobe Services Team by defining best practices and ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust technical solutions for our clients.

EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including its core services like Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, and Query Service.
• Proven track record of successful implementations of Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep expertise in data architecture, API integrations, and building data pipelines.
• Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  This position pays a base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
