ABOUT THE POSITION

St Mary MacKillop Early Learning Centre in Kirwan provides a safe, nurturing, and caring environment where children are supported to explore, learn, and grow. Our centre features a spacious, light-filled indoor area and a vibrant outdoor space, thoughtfully designed to inspire safe exploration, creativity, and development at each child’s own pace.
We take pride in our team of qualified, professional, and experienced early childhood educators. Deeply rooted in the heart of our local community, our centre is built on strong relationships and a shared commitment to delivering the highest standard of early learning.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Director to lead the daily operations of our centre on a full-time, permanent basis (38 hours per week). The service operates for 50 weeks each year and is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
As Service Director, you will be supported by a strong leadership team, including an Assistant Director, an Educational Leader, and an Early Childhood Teacher. You will also receive ongoing guidance from your Business Operations Consultant and other specialists from Mary MacKillop Childcare NQ, helping to shape a service that meets the unique needs of the local community.
