Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall master planning vision for land development projects within Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Lead the master planning process, including conceptual design, land use analysis, and integration of environmental, economic, and social considerations. Coordinate with a diverse team of stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and interdisciplinary professionals to gather input and ensure compliance. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of master planning projects. Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate risks. Prepare and present strategic recommendations, project updates, and stakeholder reports to senior management and executive teams. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation in master planning initiatives. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of creative thinking and excellence in land development practices. Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in master planning or land development, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Strong knowledge of master planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainability practices. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from ideation through to implementation. Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in project schedules, budgets, and resource management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex planning problems.
