Our client specializes in industrial construction, maintenance, and fabrication, offering custom and structural steel fabrication, piping, electrical work, ventilation & dust collection systems, scaffolding, and steel erection.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in a piping leadership position
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and compliance codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, NAVIS Works, and Primavera P6.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license; excellent communication skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $110,239.00-$140,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and set work priorities.
  • Develop budgets, track financial performance, and enhance profitability.
  • Improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Lead piping construction projects, ensuring scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (CDA, ASME, etc.).
  • Conduct field inspections and oversee pipe fabrication.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, resolve disputes, and manage risks.
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee project estimating, bid preparation, and contractor/supplier pricing.
  • Ensure accurate execution plans and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage procurement, scheduling, document control, and quality assurance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff.
