Company Overview:
The Director of Sales for the US market plays a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of outside sales executives tasked with the crucial responsibilities of acquiring new business and effectively selling CES’ complete range of solutions. This leadership position requires the Director to provide strategic direction and motivation to the sales team to ensure maximum sales revenues and the attainment of corporate objectives. Furthermore, the Director also contributes significantly to defining the overall organizational goals and strategic plans, thereby influencing the long-term success and growth of the company. An ideal candidate for this role would possess extensive business knowledge and a strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and AI-driven technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of sales executives to attain successful sales metrics by planning, monitoring, and appraising sales KPIs.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling, assigning groups, and following up on sales performance.
- Maintains the team’s results by counseling employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops on sales strategies, customer relationship management, market trends and reviewing publications such as industry journals and market reports. This is in addition to establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Creates and communicates sales goals and ensures C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and budgets.
- This position does supervise a team of sales account executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business administration or related field Required
- 10+ years Sales experience medium and large business preferred, enterprise sales experience a plus. Required
- 10+ years Experience in a sales role meeting and exceeding quotas and targets. Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team to their highest potential. Required
- 10+ years Experience in solution sales. Required
- 1-3 years Experience in sales related to Cybersecurity, Cloud, and/or AI-driven technologies Required
- English (High proficiency)
- Spanish a plus (Low proficiency)

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
