Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Director, National Tax & Legal Marketing, is responsible for designing and executing a national marketing plan that sparks growth, enhances client relationships, and elevates brand prestige in one of our firm’s most dynamic areas. This is a high-impact leadership role blending creativity, strategy, and execution. The successful incumbent will be a collaborative, visionary leader who drives inclusivity, embraces diverse perspectives, and partners with Tax and Legal teams to turn business goals into impactful marketing initiatives.
This position will require frequent in-person attendance in our Toronto office

Responsibilities
  • A marketing professional with 10+ years of experience building and executing strategies that drive both brand equity and business results—professional services experience is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and creatively, with the confidence and skill to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives through storytelling and drive innovation in brand building, digital engagement, and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success as a collaborator and coach, with a track record of fostering high performance in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Skilled in integrated marketing, focused on action and experimentation.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities while maintaining focus on impact
