You will also have the ability lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary specialists within a 24/7 high pressured environment. Working as part of the Finance, Technology & Commercial Division within Group Technology, you will take ownership of Network & Hosting services across Technology Services for the entire cluster.
Reporting to the ED of Infrastructure and Service Delivery, this role is accountable for the effective and successful day to day functional delivery of Network and Hosting ICT services and responsible for service assurance, performance, availability, support, maintenance, and operational risk management. The role also develops and implements the service strategy for Networks and Hosting services portfolio and ensures alignment of operational frameworks, standards and processes.
