This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced RN who thrives in mission-driven environments and wants to grow with a national behavioral health organization. About the Role: Director of Nursing As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all aspects of the nursing department—leading clinical operations, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll also serve as the hospital’s Infection Prevention Officer and play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.
