We are expanding our internal operations to include specialized billing and credentialing support for our clinical team. As we grow, we’re committed to building strong internal systems that are accurate, transparent, and responsive.
We’re now hiring a Director of ABA Billing & Credentialing — a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong ABA billing experience who’s excited to lead, build, and optimize our billing operations.

• Oversee the full revenue cycle: eligibility checks, authorizations, claims submission, and collections
• Submit accurate claims to Medicaid and commercial payers
• Follow up on denials, rejections, and underpayments
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure AR aging targets are met
• Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• Maintain CAQH profiles and credentialing timelines
• Communicate directly with internal stakeholders as the billing point of contact
• Keep internal documentation and systems clean and up to date
• Help develop and improve internal SOPs and operational processes
