The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $99,000. Salary is competitive and aligned to experience and internal equity. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for translating the school's academic and culture vision into daily execution by owning instructional vision, teacher development, assessment systems, MTSS implementation, and scholar/staff culture systems. Key duties include ensuring high-quality instruction, leading data cycles for academic growth, coaching teachers, and maintaining a structured school environment.
