Overview This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of Origami’s growth strategy. As Director of Account Management, you will lead a team of top-performing Account Managers responsible for deepening customer relationships, driving retention, and accelerating expansion across our platform. You will operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping how we engage our customers, unlock value, and scale long-term growth. This role is equal parts leader, operator, and strategist - owning a meaningful book of business, building a world-class team, and elevating how we deliver outcomes for our customers.
