Something About the Position
The Director of Accounting & Tax is responsible to manage the accounting and tax functions of the organization which includes financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting, tax preparation, budgeting and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills to collaborate with other departments to help ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.
Here’s a sampling of what you might encounter on an average day, but as with any other business, our needs evolve daily.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree Accounting (CPA highly preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.

ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES

• Skilled at identifying inefficiencies, diagnosing root causes, and implementing process improvements.
• Aptitude for data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
