Join our client’s dynamic team as a Director of Accounting & Finance in a 100% remote contract role with flexible hours (15–40 hours/week). As the first accounting professional, you’ll partner with the CEO and private equity stakeholders to establish robust financial processes, leveraging your CPA expertise and QuickBooks proficiency.
Salary: Up to $95/hr (DOE).
Location: 100% remote role (candidates anywhere in the U.S. welcome).

• Establish and execute daily and month-end journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Design and lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes to optimize cash flow.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
• Partner with the CEO to create scalable financial processes and reporting structures.
• Leverage QuickBooks to streamline accounting operations and ensure data accuracy.
