We’re looking for a Director of Administration to lead and elevate the administrative teams who support our financial services professionals’ business across annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring that the behind-the-scenes engine of our organization runs seamlessly. What You’ll Do: * As Director of Administration, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the performance, development, and alignment of our administrative functions. * Lead, coach, and develop administrative teams supporting annuity, life insurance, investment, and advisory operations * Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing risk * Partner cross-functionally with financial services professionals, compliance professionals, and company leadership to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience * Establish and monitor metrics to measure team performance and service standards * Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that support business growth * Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across all supported product lines * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement   What You Bring * We’re looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with a people-first mindset. * 7+ years of experience in financial services operations, administration, or related field * 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams * Strong working knowledge of annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services * Active Series 65 license * Active Life and Health Insurance license * Proven ability to streamline processes and lead through change * High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Exceptional communication and organizational skills * A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style   Our Benefits * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits * 4 weeks of accrued PTO, plus 9 paid holidays * Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) * 8 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO) * Ability to work in-office four days per week with one remote workday * Ongoing professional development and training * A collaborative team that values expertise, initiative, and growth   Why You’ll Love Working Here At Gradient, we set high expectations, but we back them with support, collaboration, and opportunities to grow.
