Description Holy Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a Full-Time Director of Admissions & Enrollment. This role leads and manages all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, re-enrollment, and retention for our Catholic PreK3–8th grade school. This role serves as the primary ambassador of the school’s mission, promoting a welcoming, faith-centered environment for prospective families and ensuring strong enrollment health. The Director partners closely with school leadership, faculty, parish staff, and the broader community to meet annual enrollment goals and foster long-term growth. Applicants must be comfortable in a Catholic faith-based setting with a dedication to the Holy Redeemer Catholic School mission. Requirements Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Admissions & Recruitment Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract mission-appropriate students for PreK3 through 8th grade. Manage the full admissions cycle, including inquiries, tours, shadow days, interviews, screenings, and application review. Create and maintain a warm, responsive, and mission-driven experience for prospective families. Plan, coordinate, and lead admissions events such as Open Houses, information sessions, parish engagement events, and community fairs. Maintain accurate admissions data and analytics to track trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic planning. Enrollment Management & Retention Oversee annual re-enrollment processes and communicate regularly with current families to ensure strong retention. Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to identify and support at-risk families. Monitor enrollment numbers and produce reports for the principal, school board, parish leadership, and Diocesan offices as needed. Partner with the Business Office to ensure timely enrollment cycle completion and tuition onboarding. Marketing & Communications Work with school leadership and marketing staff to develop targeted campaigns and materials that communicate the school’s Catholic identity, academic quality, and community culture. Maintain admissions-related content on the school website, social media, and printed collateral. Promote consistent messaging that aligns with the school’s mission and brand. Serve as an active representative of the school within the parish and local community. Build strong relationships with parish ministries, local preschools/daycares, community organizations, and feeder programs. Support outreach to alumni and parish families to encourage word-of-mouth referrals. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in related field a plus. Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, or related areas (preferably in a Catholic School environment.) Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings. Skills & Competencies Strong commitment to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse families. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency with SIS systems, admissions software, and data management tools. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed. Extended periods of walking during tours and events. Use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.
