Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Director of Adult Services. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Adult Services is responsible for the overall operational aspects of DDS licensed residential group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities in portfolio, and other service lines as assigned. This position works collaboratively and in concert with the operations leadership team. The Director of Adult Services oversees the operation of the programs, ensuring the completion of activities related to service coordination, staffing, supervision, ISP program development and implementation, repair and maintenance, and budget management. The Director of Adult Services works collaboratively with all Aspire teams such as Human Resources, Clinical, Quality Enhancement, Finance and Maintenance, to ensure programmatic success, including agency initiatives, and adherence to agency policies and procedures and licensing regulations. Our ideal candidate: Bachelor's Degree in human services, special education, psychology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years management experience managing in an environment that provides services to people with developmental disabilities. Experience and/or formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
