Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Aesthetics to lead and grow our Cosmetic Department across multiple clinic locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue growth, elevating the patient experience, and building a high-performing team in a dynamic, physician-led environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in medical aesthetics or luxury service-based healthcare, a passion for patient-centered care, and a proven ability to lead teams while achieving business objectives. What You’ll Do Strategic & Business Leadership Develop and execute growth strategies to expand aesthetic services and optimize performance. Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. Partner with executive leadership to align cosmetic services with organizational goals. Operations & Patient Experience Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience. Ensure efficient patient flow, appointment management, and service delivery. Address patient feedback and resolve concerns to maintain exceptional satisfaction and brand reputation. Financial & Performance Management Drive revenue through effective sales strategies, pricing, and service optimization. Implement cost-control measures and oversee inventory, purchasing, and aesthetic device management. Review financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide informed decision-making. Oversee billing processes and payment workflows. Marketing & Growth Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and special events. Support patient acquisition and retention initiatives across all locations. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and lead a diverse team of aestheticians, reception staff, and managers. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture focused on professional growth. Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, medical protocols, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate with providers to ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence. Requirements What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, luxury spa, or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and services. Proven success in driving sales, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, reports, and performance metrics. Proficiency with Meevo 2 or similar practice management/POS systems. Experience with scheduling, medical recordkeeping, and billing processes. Education MBA or Master’s degree preferred in Business Management, Hospitality, Operations, or Healthcare Administration.
