QUALIFICATIONS

Seven years of related experience. A postsecondary degree may be used as an alternative for years of direct experience; 2 years for an associate’s degree, 4 years for a bachelor’s degree, 6 years for a master’s degree, 7 years for a professional degree, or 9 years for a doctoral degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proven experience with performance management including hiring and development of staff
• Thorough knowledge of application design, programming, integration and web related technologies
• Knowledge of management principles and practices
• Knowledge of information architecture, programming, software applications, workflow and database design
• Expert complex problem solving skills
• Critical thinking skills; must excel in logic and reasoning
• Good time management skills
• Good communication, team building, and planning skills
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Ability to continuously drive performance results through effective leadership, relationships, meaningful operational change and the cultivation of a collaborative team environment that inspires the team to achieve their objectives
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others
• Long-term focused and process oriented
• Team player committed to working with technical peers and business units on projects
