Develop and maintain written guidelines and procedures that govern the operation of the Assisted Living community. Assist department supervisors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training, and orientation programs. Maintain contact and professional relationships with families and residents. Maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of care and services. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to ensure high occupancy. Work closely with the Experience Team to ensure a high level of satisfaction with residents and families. Continue to build a strong and competitive workforce that provides the highest quality of care for our residents. Work closely with our Human Resource Team to ensure our employees are thriving and feel valued. Qualifications Valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License acknowledged by the State of Arizona required. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing an assisted living or long-term care facility required. Must follow and adhere to the organization, Federal and State regulations and guidelines, including Resident's Rights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Benefits: Daily pay option through PayDaily. Medical, dental and vision insurance.
