POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Billing is responsible for overseeing the billing operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of billing processes. This role will lead a team to optimize billing workflows, manage revenue integrity, and support the acquisition of new markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of billing compliance regulations and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in developing and analyzing KPIs related to billing operations.
• Experience with billing systems and software, including reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
