Pepper is looking for a creative Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to define, amplify and express Pepper’s brand voice and positioning consistently, creatively and profitably across evergreen 360 campaigns and product launches. You’ll develop and lead go-to-market, content, and brand strategy that establishes Pepper as a premium, culturally relevant, and inspiring global brand in a way that’s unequivocally Pepper: Self-Assured, Warm, Authentic. The Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing will drive and own Brand Awareness, Traffic via owned and earned channels, Content Engagement and Customer Loyalty. This leader will have a huge impact in shaping how Pepper shows up in the world, with the opportunity to positively impact millions of women and how they show up in the world. The role requires a balance of creativity, strategic and financial oversight, executional excellence, and ability to inspire teams, push innovation, and translate customer & product insights into big ideas that resonate with customers. Brand Leadership & Storytelling Develop creative strategies that build brand awareness, unlock value in target customer segments, and establish Pepper’s positioning in the market Consistently clarify and amplify Pepper’s brand positioning and identity into cultural resonance through campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and activations Maintain deep understanding of Pepper’s customer and deliver customer insights through data, research, interviews, and surveys to inform and optimize strategies Partner closely with Creative to fiercely protect, champion, and elevate Pepper’s brand execution across the org and ensure consistency in messaging Monitor trends, cultural shifts, and market activity to anticipate opportunities for growth and relevance Lead as the Brand Marketing voice in the product development process to shape strategic go to market plans Oversee Copy and the execution of content Integrated Content Marketing Own the development of the annual content plans — build, align, and execute the master integrated campaign calendar including evergreen messaging, product launches, key seasonal stories, and tentpole promotions Ideate creative ad concepts that reinforce key brand messaging pillars and effectively introduces a new customer to Pepper Lead and systemize the GTM process for all campaigns—from creative brief through content, activation, and post-launch analysis. Drive performance through storytelling — integrate trend, product, promotion, and assortment data into cohesive narratives that increase customer loyalty and new customer acquisition Lead cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Creative, Ecommerce and Growth Marketing for effective and strategic decision making and ensure seamless execution of the marketing calendar Oversee the marketing briefing process to ensure messaging, content strategy, channel executions align with commercial objectives Community, Partnerships & PR Inform PR strategy to communicate key launches and brand relevancy in market and secure coverage and partnerships Oversee the growth of Pepper’s organic channel strategy across social media and blog to drive traffic and engagement Develop and execute a community-powered Event and Activations strategy that drives customer loyalty and brand awareness Oversee brand content execution and UGC creation to fuel integrated marketing calendar plan Team Leadership Act as the day-to-day integrated marketing leader for cross-departmental communication and collaboration Define and track KPIs to demonstrate measurable impact and progress on business objectives Regularly report on the results, learnings and success metrics of product launches and campaigns with proactive and actionable insights to Leadership Set clear objectives, workflows, and priorities that balance creativity, agility, and operational rigor Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across brand marketing, social, content, and community What we’re looking for. The expected salary for this role is $150,000-170,000, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role’s location and may be outside of this number.
