JOB DESCRIPTION
Minor Hotels is seeking an influential Director of Brand Marketing to join our growing team at our Corporate Office in either Brisbane or Sydney. This newly created national role is a rare opportunity to drive the evolution of our brand across Australasia, leading the development of integrated campaigns, public relations, and brand strategies that connect with our audiences and reflect our hospitality ethos.
Please note: To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality or hotel industry and be available for frequent domestic and international travel.

You are a strategic brand marketer with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for creating meaningful guest experiences. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects across regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Director of Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Minor Hotels brand across the region. This role will partner closely with operational and commercial leaders to deliver a consistent, high-impact brand experience across all customer touchpoints. You’ll bring a strategic and data-informed approach to operational brand execution, guest experience, and internal brand engagement.
You’ll be a key brand ambassador leading the charge on marketing innovation, embedding brand values across our hotel teams, and ensuring our brand not only meets but exceeds guest expectations.
