Job Description •Oversee and manage all sales activities related to group, transient, wholesale, and catering/banquet segments to maximize hotel revenue. • Develop, implement, and analyze data for strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual targets, sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and other required reports. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations. • Actively engage in marketing, public relations, and brand positioning efforts to enhance visibility and market presence. • Assess shifts in guest preferences, market demand, and competitor landscape to recommend necessary product, service, and operational adjustments. • Collaborate closely with Accor’s regional team to align with brand strategies and global initiatives. Qualifications • At least 5 years of sales management experience or a minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a proven track record. • Strong professional expertise with an understanding of the markets and business dynamics. • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English with excellent communication skills. • Excellence in customer engagement and relationship-building abilities. • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. • Based in Phuket or Bangkok with flexibility for travel.
