We’re seeking a proven sales and business development leader who knows how to win competitive deals, capture market share, and drive revenue growth in the Texas healthcare market.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Proposal Development process and creates the proposal document
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Creates marketing materials specific to targeted business opportunities
  • Monitors competitor services, sales and marketing activities
