The Director of Business Development develops equipment sales, service and installation opportunities in assigned markets. Job Duties: Professionally manage sales, service and installation relationships with assigned accounts. Sell equipment, e-commerce program, and other products and services in the Company’s portfolio. Develop new markets, infrastructure and support capabilities for sustainable on-going service & installation operations. Recruit new outside sales, construction and service resources as required to support the business plan and growth objectives. Requirements Highschool Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least 5 yeas demonstrated leadership experience in Petroleum Equipment Industry Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
