Summary: The Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales strategy and growth objectives. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, building strong industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on closer—energized by goals and motivated by creating value through meaningful client partnerships.
You’ll oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all sales and marketing functions - including sales cycle, branding, placement, advertising, digital media, and public relations - to ensure strong business development outcomes and meet annual revenue goals.
