We are seeking a results-oriented Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across public and private sectors, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365-based solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in federal business development, government relations, or public sector consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the application of Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
  • Strong network of IT decision makers across commercial organizations and Federal agencies (e.g., DOE, DoD, DHS, GSA, etc.).
  • Proven success in securing contracts.
  • Experience in proposal writing, budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with government contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedule, GWACS, IDIQs.).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.

    Pay: $109,627.56 - $132,024.59 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy targeting Federal agencies and commercial clients.
  • Identify and purse new market opportunities including, RFIs, RFPs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, program managers and other decision managers.
  • Lead capture and proposal efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor marketing trends, competitive activities and federal procurement forecasts to inform strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
