POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives and expand PAL’s presence in the commercial lighting sector. This senior-level role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales or business development experience in commercial lighting or architectural products
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Deep knowledge of lighting specifications, building systems, and project lifecycles
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, self-driven, and highly organized
