POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a dynamic sales leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our revolutionary AI healthcare platform. This role requires deep healthcare industry expertise, proven enterprise sales success, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across payers, benefits managers and self-insured employers. You’ll build our go-to-market strategy from the ground up while establishing Doctronic as the leader in AI-driven healthcare delivery.

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years selling across healthcare spectrum with consistent overachievement of quotas
  • Proven success in enterprise software, SaaS, and healthcare technology sales
  • Deep experience with payers (national, regional, BCBS) and TPAs
  • Track record closing complex, multi-million dollar healthcare deals
  • Start-up experience building GTM from zero to scale

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Existing relationships with C-suite executives at major health plans and systems
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer healthcare models
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Success in seed/Series A stage companies
