POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Business Development (Reconstruction) will be responsible for driving growth and strategic initiatives in the reconstruction sector. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality reconstruction and restoration services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience in business development, specifically within the reconstruction or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achieving business development targets.
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction processes, estimating, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of commercial, multifamily, defect repair, and restoration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
