This role is designed for an experienced alternative finance professional who understands partner dynamics, lender positioning, and structured capital solutions. The Director of Business Development will recruit referral partners, activate submissions, close partner-sourced funding deals, and drive measurable channel revenue growth. This position blends production and leadership development.
