Description As the Director of Business Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in: Leading and developing managers: Guiding a team of Managers who support franchise partners, ensuring they have the skills, coaching, and accountability frameworks to drive results. Driving franchise performance: Equipping franchise partners with the tools, training, and accountability needed to achieve KPIs. Managing growth systems: Overseeing lead generation, marketing funnels, onboarding processes, and retention strategies. Building systems & processes: Designing and implementing scalable systems and streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the network. Building a high-performance culture: Creating motivational programs, recognition initiatives, and scalable systems that empower both managers and franchise partners to succeed. Data analysis & reporting: Using data to identify opportunities, address bottlenecks, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue. Strategic execution: Aligning company-wide goals with operational execution to ensure results are delivered. About You A natural leader with experience managing managers in multi-site, franchise, or performance-driven businesses. Results-oriented, with a passion for growth and achieving measurable outcomes. Skilled in motivating teams and building scalable systems and processes. Comfortable with coaching franchise partners, leading your management team, and collaborating with senior executives. Remuneration Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 AUD (commensurate with experience) Superannuation: Paid in addition to base salary. Incentives: Performance-based bonuses aligned with network growth and operational success.
