Supreme Steel is currently looking for just that! We are looking for a motivated and highly efficient individual to join our team in the full-time temporary position of Director of Business Intelligence & Technology Modernization at our office in Saskatoon SK. This is an office-based position with a duration of one year.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
· Lead optimization of our ERP systems (including integrations and workflows), streamlining to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.
· Drive adoption of AI tools and software across the business, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
· Standardize reporting and business intelligence across departments, ensuring consistent, insightful data for decision making.
· Oversee and develop internal technology training and change management initiatives.
· Support shop-floor technologies, including robotics and other automation initiatives, to enhance production capabilities.
As a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, you possess:
· Demonstrated experience in a leadership role focused on business intelligence and technology modernization.
· Expertise in ERP systems, integrations, and workflow optimization.
· A strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in a business context.
· Proven ability to standardize reporting and develop effective business intelligence frameworks.
· Experience in managing technology training and change management programs.
· Familiarity with shop-floor technologies, including robotics and automation.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
