Description

Oversee daily company activities and procedures. You’ll translate leadership goals into repeatable and scalable workflows, ensuring our teams stay on track and on budget.
Own the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the company’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) frameworks (ISO 22301 aligned). Maintain the Corporate Risk Register and Health & Safety programs to ensure audit-readiness.
Facilitate and drive the company-wide goal-setting and execution framework (OKRs or equivalent), translating company targets into actionable and measurable team outputs.
Architect, deploy and enforce company-wide SOPs and operational policies from end-to-end—ensuring they meet governance requirements while remaining frictionless for technical teams.
Serve as the operational bridge to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, translating data privacy (PDPA/GDPR) and export controls into business workflows.
Lead the operational side of external programs and industry body affiliations—coordinating documentation, managing deliverables and consolidating inputs from each of the different teams.
Implement initiatives that build a structured, high-performance work environment across all offices, managing non-technical milestones such as physical expansions or entity setups.
Define, implement, and iterate company policies and SOPs that don’t just meet compliance standards but actually make life better for our technical teams.
