Overview Apex Director of Canvassing $100K Salary + Commissions As the Director of Canvassing is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth across all Apex markets through recruiting, training, and leading canvassing teams nationwide. This leader will design and execute scalable field marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, develop top-tier canvass managers, and ensure consistency of performance, accountability, and culture across the organization. This is a hands-on, leadership-through-example role for someone who thrives on building teams, leading leaders, and creating results through people. Pay: $100,000 per year (plus performance overrides on full canvassing) Responsibilities Leadership & Development:Build, coach, and mentor a team of Canvass Managers to achieve aggressive lead generation and set targets. Recruiting & Retention:Partner with Apex Recruiting to build a constant pipeline of field marketers and leaders across all markets. Performance Management:Establish and monitor KPIs, daily reporting, and accountability systems that drive productivity and consistency. Field Operations:Regularly travel to markets to train, motivate, and lead by example in the field. Process Optimization:Develop and refine canvassing systems, scripts, training modules, and incentives to ensure Apex leads the industry in efficiency and conversion. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with Regional Leadership to align canvass performance with overall company goals. Culture Champion:Embody and promote #ThatApexLifestyle—driving energy, positivity, and ownership throughout the organization.
