Description Department: Reporting Reports to: Senior Director of Operations FLSA: Exempt Last Modified: 3.13.26 Job Summary: This role sits within the Reporting team and has direct exposure to senior leadership. The Director will be responsible for portfolio analytics, brand agreement administration, performance reporting, and strategic insights related to the Bank’s debit and corporate card programs. The position is designed for a strong analyst who will develop into a subject matter expert in card issuing and payments, while immediately contributing data-driven insights to optimize portfolio growth, profitability, and operational performance. Essential Functions: Conduct comprehensive debit card portfolio analytics, including transaction trends, volume growth, interchange performance, and expense tracking. Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards, executive summaries, and trend analyses for senior leadership. Produce and maintain business line performance reporting for debit and corporate card programs. Monitor debit card agreement requirements, including qualified purchase volume thresholds and incentive tracking. Produce annual volume reporting and performance bonus qualification analysis. Contribute to the tracking of interchange revenue and card expense budget monitoring. Ensure reporting accuracy and documentation related to network compliance and program metrics. Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and reduce manual data aggregation. Lead project-based initiatives related to card program enhancements, conversions, or product launches. Support data requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and advanced analytics. Maintain relevant documentation and SharePoint reporting resources. Track dispute trends and program risk metrics. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills, Experience, and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. Three or more years of analytical experience in banking, payments, financial services, or related industry. Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms preferred. Ability to aggregate data from multiple systems and produce executive-level reporting. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate analytics into strategic insight. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills. Experience with debit card, payments, or interchange analytics preferred but not required. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable. Frequently uses a computer with freedom of movement on a regular basis. Occasional handling of materials up to 20 pounds.
